B2B Portal - Unable to have calculated shipping cost and Pick Up available

We would like wholesale customers using our B2B wholesale Portal to be able to select either the calculated shipping cost OR select pick up as a shipping option during checkout, but currently we do not have that functionality.

This feature is available on every other ecommerce platform. It is a basic feature that this wholesale portal needs.
