Stocktakes in POS do not filter the same as stocktakes in the backoffice - no AND operator

Stocktakes in the POS do NOT use AND as a logical operator to partialize stocktakes the way that the logic works in the backoffice

This is causing consistency issues with clients

Furthermore, stocktakes creates in the backoffice are not visible/executable in the POS, also then means that operators creating stocktakes centrally without POS access cannot do their job
