Automation and Report Schedules to exclude weekends
We operate Mon-Fri, no Cin7 Core activity from us over the weekend.
We currently run reports and are testing automation for Accounts Receivable invoicing.
Currently reporting and automation has a daily option versus and business daily option. For reporting we are receiving unnecessary information over the weekend. For Automation, invoice reminders could be sent to a customer on a Friday and using a 3 day wait period through Automation will receive another reminder on the Monday.
We can find workarounds - deleting the weekend reporting and including some text on the Automation email template: If you've recently paid blah blah blah
In the interest of creating greater efficiencies with the Cin7 community, we are requesting the inclusion of a business daily option for both reporting and automation.
