Cin7/Shopify integration - Toggle switch sync'ing order Additional notes
Currently in the Shopify integration, the Notes and Additional details fields from a Shopify are being combined and imported into the Comments field for the order in Cin7.
The Additional details field in Shopify is read-only from the normal Shopify admin portal. This field is typically used by Shopify apps to annotate extra notes on the order.
In some cases, this may be desirable to import this extra data into Cin7, but in our case this field contains Shopify-specific technical data and definitely we do not want it in Cin7 because it appears on all our printed documents. At the moment it causes extra work to manually delete this data and because the fields are concatenated, you need to be careful not to accidentally delete the Notes field data if there is.
There is setting to switch on/off importing additional properties at line item level, but our issue is at order level. Please add a similar setting for the integration to switch on/off importing the Additional details for an order.
