Bug Report – Scroll Bar Displacement on Invoice/PO Line Item Actions

We're encountering a UI issue in the invoice and purchase order modules. When an invoice or PO contains many line items (enough to require scrolling), performing the following actions causes the scrollbar to jump or shift unexpectedly:

1. Adding a comment to a line item.
2. Removing a line item by pressing the "X" icon.

This sudden scroll repositioning is highly disruptive, especially when working with long documents, as it causes the user to lose their place in the list and navigate back manually each time.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create or open an invoice or PO with many line items (enough to trigger vertical scrolling).
2. Scroll down and add a comment to any line item.
3. Observe that the scrollbar resets or jumps.
4. Repeat with the "X" to remove a line item and observe the same behavior.

Expected Behavior:
The scroll position should remain fixed when comments are added or items are removed to ensure a smooth and consistent user experience.

Impact:
This affects efficiency during high-volume entry or review, especially for orders with dozens of SKUs.

We’d appreciate it if this could be investigated and addressed in an upcoming UI patch.
