autogenerate batch number for a receiving item/ development

Dear Cin7 team,

Im inquiring about if there is any option in Cin7 let me to autogenerate the batch number for a receiving item? when i receive a stock for a purchased item into my inventory, i can not autogenerate a serial number/batch (it should unique) for the received items?

can you please help me and working to develop this feature to be available in the near future ? 

this is very important to avoid human error
