Integrating New Products to Shopify

When a new product is integrated to Shopify or unlisted and re-listed the sales channel of Online Store is always added as default.  We don't always want this and have to remember to update.  Would be good if could be a setting somewhere to chose what should default or indeed no sales channels selected as default.
