B2B Portal - Sales Rep to add Customers from Portal

We would like our Sales Reps to be able to add new customers directly from the portal, preferably when the sales rep selects the customer, (as shown in image)
 

This would save a lot of time where the Sales Rep wouldn't need to login into CIN7 to add the customer, or email/call some one to have the customer added.
