Feature Request - GOT BAG

The customer has highlighted a limitation in the Cin7 B2B portal:
If any changes need to be made to an order, they must currently be handled from the backend, requiring the sales rep to contact Cin7 support or an internal team to intervene.

The desired workflow is for the sales rep to be able to send the order to the customer for review or changes prior to checkout, which is not currently supported. The user understands that this would require a new feature or development in the Cin7 B2B portal.
