Product Family Matrix and Sorting order

On the product Matrix view, Variations are shown in the same order the options were added to the Product Family and system lists variants in order based on the full variant name. If the variant names are identical except for the size at the end (e.g., L, M, S, X), sorting them alphabetically results in an unexpected order.
