Sale Customisation - Sale Documents (exclude pick list)

Looking for a way to filter only sales documents, but not the pick list, alphabetically. 

I need pick lists still with the location ordering, however for Sales Orders, invoice etc, It would be better if it was alphabetical. 

When updating the setting on the system, this impacts the pick list too, which Is what I need to avoid
