Has anyone else had issues with sales not syncing from Cin7 POS to Cin7 CORE?

I have been using Cin7 POS for years, and have never had an issue until now.

I don't consolidate my sales. We are a small store and don't process a large volume of sales. For various reasons we want to have a copy of each sale in CORE.

In the last 2 weeks I have discovered 2 sales that never synced through to CORE. This is a major concern for me, as it will fast make many issues - selling things via other platforms we don't have, inaccurate transfers and purchases, issues when reconciling accounts etc…

Now I can't trust the integration, without auditing daily, even with extra daily checks we may still have issues as I expect my inventory to be live, and now I am not sure that it is.

 

The response from support was:

"At times, POS orders may not sync to Core due to system load and the volume of data being processed. These factors can impact the synchronization of orders.
 
Since "No consolidation" has been set up in the POS integration, if a sales order does not automatically sync with Core, you can manually process and sync the orders using the 'Load Sales' and 'Process' options in the POS Integration."

 

Has anyone else had similar issues?
