About the linkage of order details and products list in the order

Hi team

I found that after i create a quote, if I change the price tier, the price of product list follow to change.

But the TAX RULE of product list will not change together with the TAX RULE in the ordrer details.

I think there are only one taxrule in an order, it need to be changed together too.
