Export Multiple Fulfilments to Magento 2.x

Currently, DEAR will only send tracking information for the first fulfillment to Magento (as confirmed by support staff). Instead, DEAR should be able to send tracking information for multiple orders to Magento, as well as update tracking information for existing orders.

Because DEAR doesn't support multiple shipments yet, customers will only have one tracking number to follow (possibly incorrect), and think that items are missing from that shipment since they can't track the other ones. This is a problem for us since we end up having to manually send them all the tracking information when they inquire, which is frustrating and time-consuming for both customers and staff.
