Feature Request - Enhancements to Velocity Report for Inventory Reordering

Requested Enhancements

1. Extend Velocity Report Time Frames:
   • Add support for historical views of 3, 4, 6, and 12 months.
   • Allow users to define a custom date range for velocity analysis.
   • Ensure the forecast includes lead time visibility for products ordered months in advance.
2. Include Write-Offs in Outbound Movement Totals:
   • Update the report logic to include Inventory Write-Offs as part of the product’s total outbound movement.
   • Exclude irrelevant outbound events such as Transfers or Stocktake Adjustments to maintain data accuracy.
