Feature Request - Shopify Original Order number to sync to Cin7 Core and then into Xero
Shopify linked to multiple marketplaces e.g. JB, Bunnings etc
Customer REF in Cin7 is showing as a newly created Reference number with the original customer ref e.g from Shopify JB-22023926-A in the comments only.
In the Fulfillment Report: it also only shows the customer reference number – not the comments which shows the original marketplace order number
However the only REF in Xero is the newly created ref.
Extremely had to reconcile payments as there is not the same ref that carries all the way through the process.

thank you for raising this. Do you have some screenshots showing your issue?
The original Shopify order number is usually captured on Core's Sales Order ‘Reference’ field.
