Time, who know the time? Time merge code, Time on availability on orders

We have a cut-off for shipping orders and time is important to us, there is no Time mail merge for time printed, time or order. There is also no time displayed on allocated products on availability only date so I have to click everyone to see what time it came through, also they are quite often not in time order.
