Feature Request – Matrix Version of Pick List

Hi Cin7 Team,

I’d like to submit a feature request regarding the Pick List template.

Currently, Pick Lists display each variant (size/colour) as separate lines. For businesses like ours that work heavily with product variants, it would be much more efficient to have a matrix version of the Pick List, similar to how products display in the Sales Order and Purchase Order entry screens.

A Pick List matrix would:

• Allow staff and our 3PL warehouse to view and process size/colour breakdowns at a glance
• Reduce the length of Pick Lists (removing hundreds of repetitive lines in larger orders)
• Minimise errors when picking stock
• Improve efficiency when handling both sales and purchase orders

This feature would add a lot of value for businesses managing apparel and other variant-heavy product lines. Could you please let me know if this is something your product team might consider, or if there’s a workaround/customisation available in the meantime?
