Email Sent Log and Recipient Acknowledgement
Currently, there is no option in the system to track sent emails, such as details on who sent them, who received them, and when they were sent. Having this functionality would help maintain a clear record of email activity, prevent resending or duplicating emails, and allow tracking if an email has been sent multiple times.
Additionally, there is no way to confirm whether the recipient has received or read the email. It would be highly beneficial to introduce an acknowledgment or confirmation feature that triggers once the recipient opens or reads the email.

It would be a great function to be able to track, or at least have as a lo,g that the email has been sent from the system.
