automatic email with receipt attachment to customers

We want to make a automatic email notice by the workflow, sent a mail with the receipt as attachment to customer when money received.

 But the receipt template not be shown in the list.

Why all attachments can be add to email except the receipt?

It is strange. And it is common to sent receipt to customers after they make the payment.
