Auto-Mark-Up Passed Through API
We used to use a feature on your system called Auto-Mark-Up. In the Pricing section, you click on “Calculated” to activate automatic mark up. The settings are then set in the row, as follows: Type (Markup%), Use (Supplier - FixedPrice - also known as COST), and the value, which is the percentage to apply (Markup% Type), i.e. 68% Markup based on the FixedPrice (Supplier Cost Price).
This feature is not available with API - the API endpoint doesn't receive the relevant information to pass along. It would be useful to enable auto mark-up for the API endpoint so that users can take advantage of the automatic calculations while using API. At the moment, it's not possible, which means we are limited to using only the basic tiered pricing structure.
