Woo Commerce - Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

The fact that Dear has this a limitation in regards to special taxes (such as Colorado Retail Delivery Fee), it is causing issues with the integrations with accounting systems for the last 3 years. 

The Colorado Retail Delivery fee is currently $0.28 for every delivery within Colorado. Therefore $0.28 per order/invoice needs to be added within Dear. I would suggest adding this as a line item as that is how the accounting systems (such as QBO) need to receive them rather than as a separate tax item. 

Currently, our client has a WooCommerce website sending this over as a tax, but Dear cannot handle a tax on a $0.00 line item. 

Therefore, Dear is not showing the correct invoice or payment amount due to this issue and is not sending the correct amount to QBO either. I see another feature request a few years ago concerning this exact situation with Shopify website and Xero as well. This needs to be addressed and corrected.
