Anyone else unable to process pending orders, getting "Processing is Due." error message?

Our brand had an in-person sales event last week (we primarily sell online via Shopify), and we used Shopify POS to place those orders.  

For some reason, these Shopify POS orders, and now an increasing number of regular ecommerce orders, are getting stuck in pending orders in Cin7Core with the error message “Processing is Due.”  I've tried manually loading and processing the orders several times with no luck.  

Anyone have any suggestions on how to clear out the backlog of pending orders or solve this issue when I can't get the manual processing to work?

    Hi @Katie,

    There have been some fixes put in place, are you able to confirm whether you're still experiencing the issue?  If so, please lodge a support ticket and we'll investigate it.

    Check the config settings on your integration(s). We had a bunch of “required” settings in the Shopify integration that needed to be set after the most recent changes. There was no warning that settings would need to be reviewed, we only got the new features announcement.

    Hi @Nicolas,

    what “required” Shopify settings did you have to change?  There has only been 1 new setting, but this setting is an optional setting to configure Automatic Product downloads.
