Increase number of characters allowed in comments section

Please can you increase the number of characters allowed in comments section?

2000 characters is not a lot if you have a lot of notes to write about a customer.

Some of our customers are large multiple retailers with complex requirements that our whole team needs to be aware of.

Please can you increase 🙏
