Request - New Notification

I am working with a client, and they have asked whether there is scope for an External (API Trigger) Notification of Stock Transfer COMPLETED (currently, there is only a Notification for Stock Transfer Authorised) through the Automation Module.

They are integrating with a smart manufacturing solution, and wish to use the completed Stock Transfer to trigger auto-consumption of components, and move the scheduled run to a READY status.

Looking at the APIary, Stock Transfer can be polled for completion (Status), but the COMPLETED status cannot be used as a trigger for further workflow in the Automation Module Notifications

1. Is there any scope for there the creation of a Stock Transfer COMPLETED notification (trigger)?
