Description:
The user requests additional internal-only fields within Supplier Records: (1) Minimum Order, (2) Pre-Paid Freight Threshold, and (3) Notes. These fields should be restricted to internal use only and never appear on purchase orders or customer-facing documents. While Additional Attributes exist, they sometimes display in unintended areas, such as customer portals, making them unsuitable for this purpose. Having these dedicated fields would provide staff with essential supplier information without risk of exposure to customers.
