Purchase Rep Field on Purchase Orders

Description: The user has requested an additional field on the Purchase Orders called ‘Purchase Rep’ (denoting the user who placed the order), similar to the ‘Sales Rep’ field on the Sales Orders. It serves the business better to have a record of who exactly placed the PO.
