Description:
The user requests a field in Cin7 Core that maps to Shopify’s “Category” taxonomy. Since Shopify introduced this taxonomy in 2024, it has become increasingly important for SEO and product discoverability. The user wants Cin7 Core to pull Shopify’s category taxonomy via API, allowing the correct value to be selected and synced automatically when products are published or updated. This would ensure accurate and efficient product categorization across both platforms.
