Enable Auto-Fulfillment and Auto-Assembly to Pick Up Orders
Hi Support,
We're currently experiencing issues with automatic fulfillment for ‘Pick Up’ orders from Shopify. In Cin7 Core, the Pick and Pack stages for these orders require manual processing, unlike other order types that are fulfilled automatically. We kindly request that auto-fulfillment be extended to Pick Up orders to ensure consistency and reduce delays caused by manual handling.
Additionally, auto-assembly isn’t triggering when Pick Up orders sync into Core. This should function the same as it does for other order types.
We hope you’ll consider these enhancements—they would streamline operations and deliver value to both current and future clients.
