Warning that actual material requisition is lower than required

During the material requisition phase of production, production can still begin even if the actual quantity is less than the required quantity; the system will not impose any restrictions or issue any warnings at this stage.

Ideally, a setting should be added: when production begins with the actual quantity less than the required quantity, the system should notify the user that the material quantity is too low and require the user to confirm again before production can continue.

    Agree, this function is helpful, even it cannot restrict Actual QTY 100% Match Required QTY, at least pops up a warning to alert users. In our actual situation, we require the Actual QTY == Required QTY, otherwise the cost calculation is incorrect. What if an Option (ON/OFF Switch or Drop Down Selection) in General Settings --- Production Process Customization to trigger the warning function ? Then it won't impact the existing logic. Thanks
