Feature Request – Restrict and Label Draft Purchase Orders

The customer requests improvements to the Purchase Order (PO) approval and permission system to ensure clarity and control over draft versus approved orders. Specifically, they would like to:
- Prevent unapproved POs from appearing as genuine when printed — draft POs should be clearly marked with a “DRAFT” watermark or label on the PDF.
- Restrict user permissions so that certain users cannot create or print POs that appear approved.
- Review and clarify permission settings (e.g., “Purchase - Authorise order” and “Purchase - Approve, reject and review order”) to ensure users without these permissions cannot generate “real-looking” purchase orders.

Yes we would appreciate the PO Approval to be restricted by user type, and big watermarks on draft.
