Purchase Order Comment Field per product should be available when completing Stock Receiving

Comment field should be made available on Stock Receiving screen of PO

Currently you can add comments when creating the PO when booking in stock this information is not shown

This would be very useful when certain products need to be flagged for their onward journey

Like other screens, id this could be added if required by each user and other fields removed - for example we would never want to see Expiry Date
