Alternate Location picking - Advanced Sale Only

Under General Settings changing to 'All Locations' for Available QTY needs an option to limit this to Advanced Sales. As an Advanced Sale (even with the setting turned off) presents the location field for you to manually select an alternate one, but if you turn the setting on, in a Simple Sale it just automatically grabs stock from a different location if only available there.....DANGEROUS!!!
