Feature Request - Coherence - "All but VOIDED" filters everywhere

This one is self-explanatory. Across PO, SO, MO, ST, TR, and other modules, the availability of an “All but VOIDED” filter is inconsistent - and there is no logical reason for it.

This inconsistency makes filtering less intuitive and slows the user down.

The “All but VOIDED” filter should be available universally across all relevant views.
