Feature Request - Usability Essentials - Real MOQ for POs

The MOQ defined in the product (suppliers tab) should have actual functional meaning for normal POs. Right now it’s only informational or only applied in the MRP module.

For POs, it should either warn when going below the MOQ or block quantities below the MOQ. This should be configurable globally in Settings and ideally also overridable per product.
