Users using the Amazon → Cin7 Core integration currently have access to only three tax mapping options. This limitation prevents accurate mapping of Amazon-collected taxes to regional Canadian tax structures (e.g., QST, PST, RST). As a result, all Amazon tax amounts are being posted into a single tax account, making it difficult or in some cases impossible for users to correctly remit taxes in compliance with provincial requirements.

Expanding the tax mapping capabilities would allow users to correctly allocate Amazon tax amounts to their respective tax accounts. This ensures accurate reporting, compliant tax remittance, and reduces the need for manual adjustments or external reconciliation. It would significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of tax handling for merchants selling in multiple Canadian provinces.
