request to introduce feature - R$eminder for customer inactivity
a feature made available in our system that allows us to monitor customer buying patterns and automatically notify us if a customer has stopped placing orders for a certain period.
Ideally, we would like to be alerted if a customer hasn't placed an order within a specific time-frame (e.g., 30 days). This would help us follow up proactively and ensure we’re staying engaged with our customers who may have become inactive.
