An inquiry about the availability of a Purchase RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) option in the system to manage returns to suppliers and track them internally until a credit note is issued. Currently, only a Purchase Credit Note tab exists, and no dedicated Purchase RMA process is available. The only workaround is to use custom fields or notes to track return requests. This would be highly appreciated as it is instrumental in their workflow.
