Customer PO Field in Sales Order

Keeping in mind that this is an international product,, EVERY employee I've had since going over to Cin7 has struggled with the lack of a Field Labled Purchase Order or Customer PO#

We Use the Reference Field but new employee specifically have a hard time with it and it even throws off our suppliers when we submit drop ship POs that need to show the customer PO #.
