Native CIN7 × TikTok Shop Integration – Any plans or interest?
Hi CIN7 team & community,
With TikTok Shop growing rapidly as a sales channel, I wanted to ask whether there are any plans for a native CIN7 integration with TikTok Shop (orders, inventory sync, fulfillment, returns, etc.).
Right now, many brands are either:
- Manually reconciling TikTok Shop orders, or
- Using expensive third-party connectors
A native integration would be incredibly valuable for teams managing:
- High SKU counts
- Bundles/kits
- Multi-channel inventory accuracy
- Fast-moving social commerce demand
-
Accounting and financial reconciliation
At our company, TikTok Shop is quickly becoming a meaningful channel, and the lack of a direct CIN7 connection is creating extra operational overhead and risk.
I’d love to hear:
- If CIN7 has this on the roadmap
- If others in the community are actively selling (or planning to sell) on TikTok Shop
- What functionality would be most important (orders, inventory sync, returns, bundles, etc.)
Thanks in advance—curious to see how many others are navigating this too.

Agreed. We are currently using the M2E connector with our bigcommerce however this is creating issues with payments not flowing to Cin7. A native integration would be much better.
Thanks for your input! I appreciate the insight.
When TikTok orders route through BigCommerce via M2E, does that create complications in how revenue and clearing accounts are mapped in CIN7? Given that the TikTok orders act as BigCommerce orders when they come into CIN7?
Yes unfortunately due to how Cin7 integrates with Bigcommerce it creates complications. Cin7 is looking for the payment status field saying “Captured” however this field is not accessible through the standard API. It is only available for payment providers like Authorize, Sezzle etc. So the M2E integration is unable to add the “Captured” status in bigcommerce. Because of this when the order transfers from Bigcommerce to Cin7 it comes over without any payment transaction. We have been using a zapier flow to mark the invoice paid however there will be issues to resolve in how TikTok pays out since we will receive funds minus taxes/fees so it creates an imbalance that will have to be manually adjusted.
