Import Amazon Ship By and Deliver By Dates into Cin7

I would like to request that Cin7 add two dedicated fields to store Amazon Ship By Date and Amazon Deliver By Dateat the order level.

These fields are critical to ensure our internal shipping team and any 3PL partners clearly understand the delivery requirements imposed by Amazon. Mapping the shipping carrier selected by the customer on Amazon is not sufficient to guarantee on-time delivery. For example, a customer may select Standard Shipping, but if the destination is far away or in a rural area, standard service may not meet Amazon’s required delivery window. In these cases, the shipper must proactively upgrade the shipping method to remain compliant.

Without visibility into the Ship By and Deliver By dates within our OMS, our team is effectively flying blind and cannot make informed shipping decisions. Failure to meet Amazon’s delivery requirements carries significant risk, including performance penalties, reduced order volume, or removal from the Amazon selling platform.

Having these two dates stored and visible in Cin7 would allow shippers to select the appropriate carrier and service level to consistently meet Amazon’s SLAs and avoid preventable compliance issues.
