WMS Core app is unable to perform stock take function if quantity shows as zero on hand

Currently the app for WMS Core is unable to include an item during a stock take if the quantity shows as zero on hand in system, but the actual physical quantity is 1 or more.   For example, if my system shows I have zero on hand of Item ABC, but I actually own 2 units of Item ABC, during a stock take procedure I only get an error code and am unable to include this item in stock take.  We primarily use the stock take function to resolve any inventory integrity issues we may have and correct.  Without being able to do this, we are unable to use the app for stock takes
