Add Filtering and Sorting by 'Picker' in Sales Order and Fulfillment Views

Description: Currently, users cannot natively filter or sort sales orders by the assigned "Picker" in the Sales Order or Fulfillment views. While the Picker column can be made visible, the inability to filter by this field forces warehouse teams to rely on printed paper pick lists or implement manual workarounds using Additional Attributes.

Proposed Solution:

1. Add "Picker" as an available parameter in the Custom Filters for the Sales List (General and Fulfillment tabs).
2. Enable native sorting capabilities (ascending/descending) for the "Picker" column in the grid view.

This would significantly streamline warehouse operations by allowing businesses to fully transition to paperless order fulfillment. Pickers could instantly filter the Sales and Fulfillment lists to see only their assigned orders, improving warehouse efficiency.
