Making the tooltip customisable

Currently, the details shown in the product pop-up window, known as the tooltip, on orders and invoices, cannot be customised.
 

It would be really helpful to enable these details to be customisable for specific workflows. Being able to include fields like Carton Qty, Inner Qty, Carton Weight, and Size would be a really help way for our team to access information about products on orders and invoices more efficiently.
