API Enhancement: Enable Customer Contact Creation Through API

I am creating this feature request on behalf of a customer. The customer is attempting to create and update contacts for existing customers via the API using a PUT request to the customer endpoint.

Currently, while existing contacts can be successfully updated, the creation of new contacts for an existing customer is not possible using this approach. The customer has requested the ability to create new customer contacts via the API for existing customers in Cin7 Core.

Adding this capability would allow customers to fully manage their contact information programmatically, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort through the user interface.

    Got it. The customer wants to use the sports games API to create new contacts for existing customers in Cin7 Core, but currently, the PUT request only updates; it doesn't create new ones. They want the API to allow creating new contacts directly for easier management and to avoid manual work.
