Customised sales report Unauthorized Sale orders by Customer

The customer has requested for a Unauthorized Sale orders by Customer report which includes below fields. 

-Unauthorized sale order numbers

- Line Items by Sku

- Quantity Ordered

- Required by Date

- Customer

- Amounts

    Unless there is some other way to report on Unauthorized sales, this is a problem for clients with Sales Orders moving through Kitting with Auto Assembly. We cannot authorize them until the stock is available, but cannot know how much stock is needed, because the order is not authorized and does not show up on Pending or Quotes.
