Custom Domain Automated Emails
**Issue:**
Emails sent to our customers via Cin7 (e.g., order confirmations, invoices, and other automated communications) originate from Cin7-owned domains. As a result, these emails are frequently flagged as junk or spam by our customers' email providers and fail to reach their inboxes. This is causing missed communications and a poor customer experience.
**Requested Feature / Resolution:**
We would like the ability to configure a custom sender domain so that all system-generated emails are sent from our own company domain (e.g., @tagabel.com). This would allow us to:
1. Authenticate outgoing emails using our own SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, improving deliverability.
2. Ensure all customer-facing communications appear to come from our brand, not a third-party platform.
3. Reduce the likelihood of emails being flagged as spam or phishing.
This is a fairly standard feature offered by many SaaS platforms (custom SMTP or sender domain configuration), and it would significantly improve our ability to communicate reliably with customers.
