Enable Cin7 Pay Link for Customer Statements (Bulk Invoice Payment)

Currently, Cin7 Pay links are only supported on transactional documents such as Sales Invoices and Sales Orders. There is no capability to include a Cin7 Pay link within Customer Statements.

Customers have expressed the need for a more streamlined payment experience, particularly when multiple invoices are outstanding. Instead of receiving and paying invoices individually, they would like the ability to:

• View a Customer Statement showing all outstanding invoices
• Click a single payment link (Cin7 Pay)
• Pay multiple or all open invoices in one transaction

At present, adding the Cin7 Pay mail merge field to the statement template does not function, as statements do not support payment links.

This feature would:

• Improve customer experience by simplifying payments
• Reduce friction in collections
• Align statements with a more actionable purpose (not just informational)
