Option to calculate available stock for BOM products with auto-assembly turned off

We have Assembly BOM products of food items that need to be made to order

For accuracy of batch tracking and proper warehouse processes we prefer to manually create the assemblies rather than let Cin7 auto-assemble the products

However, when the auto-assemble option is off for a product it appears as out of stock on our ecommerce and B2B websites so customers cannot order!

Rather than change the current behaviour for all customers we would suggest a setting to Calculate available stock for all Assembly BOM products
