Ability to edit customer additional attributes on a Sales Order
When a sales order is created or cloned, Cin7 copies the Customer Attributes to the Sales Order - they are not linked. Once they are copied to the SO they cannot be changed in the SO. Therefore, if they are missing in the customer record or incorrect, it is not possible to fix them without voiding and recreating a new SO after fixing the customer record.
It would be beneficial to be able to edit the attribute fields in the Sales Order so that the relevant information is stored with the sales details. It would allow the SO screens to be filtered correctly and simplify the workflow.
It is understood that customer sales reports DO link to the customer attribute fields. Not only is this confusing to the uninitiated, but it also unnecessarily complicates the analysis tasks when trying to quickly ascertain a view of different sales, etc.
